Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game you agree to be bound by: 1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) 2. The Privacy Policy (how we handle your data) 3. The General Promotion Rules (if you enter leader-board contests) 4. Storefront rules (Apple Media Services Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service)
If you do not accept, do not install or play.
2.Who We Are

3.Licence Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- download one copy of the Game on each device you own or control, and
- use the Game solely for your private entertainment.
Apple and Google are not a party to these Terms.
4.Age & Account Requirements
- You must be 16 years or older (or the age required by local law) to play.
- One account per person/device.
- Keep your login secure. Youre responsible for activity on your account.
5.Virtual Currency, Items & Subscriptions
What Key Points Virtual Currency & Items
- Licensed, not sold.
- Have no real-world or cash value.
- May be modified, restricted, or wiped if necessary for balance or technical reasons.
Subscriptions
- Billed to your Apple/Google account.
- Auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 h before period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your storefront settings.
Refunds
- Handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We follow applicable mandatory laws.
6.User-Generated Content (UGC)
You may post or upload text, images, or other content in chats, profiles, or leader-boards.
- Ownership You retain rights to your UGC.
- Licence to Us You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display UGC in connection with the Game and our marketing.
- No Illegal or Harmful Content Do not post anything that is defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or infringes third-party rights.
- We may remove UGC or suspend accounts at our discretion.
7.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: 1. Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, hacks, or unauthorised third-party software. 2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code. 3. Sell, rent, or transfer accounts or virtual items. 4. Harass, threaten, or defame other players or staff. 5. Upload malware or do anything that could harm our servers.
Violation may lead to account suspension or termination without refund.
8.Leader-Board Contests & Prizes
Skill-based contests are subject to the General Promotion Rules. Prizes are digital items only and have no monetary value.
9.Updates & Changes
We may patch, update, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time. Updates may be required to continue playing.
10.Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers—your statutory rights remain.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) amounts you paid to us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Israeli law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13.Dispute Resolution & U.S. Arbitration
13.1 Binding Arbitration for U.S. Residents
If you reside in the United States, any dispute with Ducktor Games will be resolved by individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Virtual hearings unless parties agree otherwise.
- Arbitrator may award monetary or injunctive relief only for the individual claim.
13.2 Class-Action Waiver
You and Ducktor Games waive any right to participate in a class action or class-arbitration.
13.3 30-Day Opt-Out
You can opt-out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. [EDITOR NOTE: store opt-out list.]
14.Termination

Sections 6, 7, 10–14 survive termination.
15.Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business needs.
- Well give 30 days’ notice in-app or on first launch after change (shorter if legally required).
- Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
16.Miscellaneous
- Severability If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
- Entire Agreement These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Promotion Rules form the whole agreement between you and us.
- No Waiver Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
- Apple & Google Third-Party Beneficiaries Apple Inc. and Google LLC may enforce Sections that relate to their stores.
